It is named "Bi-Metal Heatbreak" It has two components with different thermal conductivity. It is composed of 2 parts.
We use a special process to hold them firmly together. You don't need to worry about it being damaged.
The inner wall of the titanium is very smooth so that the filament can pass through and reduce clogging.

Application:
This heatbreak is used for the 1.75mm CR10 Hotend.
Premium performance:
Ordinary bimetal heatbreak torque is less than 5kg, the inner hole has a poor finish, the connection part is fixed by glue, vwhich is very easy to fall off and affect printing. Our product is processed by precision Swiss-type 5-axis machine and made by precision pressing mechanism. The inner hole finish is 0.3 and the torque is more than 10kg.
