This is a 100 card, elite red/blue/black commander pirate deck. This deck is a ton of fun. The deck focuses on quickly getting out an army of evasive pirates, and taking advantage of the many abilities (menace, unblockable, card draw, etc) to get ahead of your opponent. It also features a lot of treasure creation, with a number of ways to take advantage of this mechanic. The deck also has a number of removal spells to keep your opponent at bay while you build up your army to overrun your opponent.
