Printing Recommendations:-
Photopolymer name - Additive Plus Castable
Layer height 100 µm 50 µm 25 µm
Bottom layer from 65 to 75 from 55 to 65 from 45 to 55 exposure time
Subsequent layer from 17 to 19 from 14 to 16 from 10 to 13 exposure time
Bottom layer count 5 5 5
Note:-
If the surface is large, and you print from the build plate, set the exposure time of 80 seconds for bottoms and 20 seconds for subsequent layers (supports with a diameter of 0.5 mm, but densely set).
If you use supports, set them denser with a diameter of 1 mm each. The touchpoint shape is a sphere. It is better if some part of the model touches the build plate.
Usage Instruction:-
1. Wear protective gloves
2. Wear eye or face protection
3. Avoid breathing vapor
4. Dangerous if swallowed
5. Recommended temperature: 20-25°C
6. Shake well before use
7. After printing wash 3D printed model with high concentration (95%+) alcohol
