BlueFlex is made with some of the best performing diaphragm material currently available. The shape and thickness of the BlueFlex diaphragms have been carefully optimized to reduce mechanical stresses during the working cycle of the pump, even in tough working conditions.
If you see the oil in the sight glass has a milky grey color or if oil comes out the discharge port, this could mean one or more of the diaphragms have split. Replace the diaphragms immediately. Typically, if your pump is in constant use, diaphragms should be replaced every 3 months or 500 hours to keep your pump performing up to standards.
