Package includes C frame chain press x 1, handle x 1, lever x 1, anvils x 3, breaking pins x 3 – 2.2mm, 2.9mm, 3.8mm, riveter x 1, spring x 1, press plates x 2, everything is well organized in a plastic case (random red or blue case).
Made of hardened steel with anti-rust and anti-corrosion surface treatment, our tool is designed for long service life. Breaking tips are made of chromium steel with high hardness for high impact work.
Our tool kit is used as a chain breaker by pushing the pin out or rivet chain links to extend existing chain length, a good helper to replace worn chains on motorcycles, bikes, ATVs.
2.2 mm breaking tip is for cam chains, 2.9 mm breaking tip is for #25 to #35 chains, 3.8 mm breaking tip is for #428 to #630 chains.
Before use, you need to select the right breaking tip for your chain to assemble the tool - remove the push bolt first, then insert the breaking tip with spring onto it, tighten the push bolt back. Manual is included for better illustration. Please email us if you don't receive the manual.
