Note:
It is not advisable to cut the incision too quickly when cutting, and the incision should be slowly advanced. If you use a larger diameter hole opener, the opening should be smoother and slower.
When tightening the center shaft, you can use a hand or a hex wrench to twist in a clockwise direction.
