Once the hotbed cools back to room temperature, lift off the mat and gently bend the pei sheet, the base will release the model which can be easily removed by hand.
  • Advantage - Our sticker and films have been formulated to resist high temperature, so you can heat your bed to high temps for specialty filaments and not worry about loss of performance.
  • Easy to Install - Please tear off the back paper from sticker base and sitck it to your heated bed, then align the steel plate on it. The side with PEI is upside to print on. Perform a one-time z-height adjustment to keep the bed level. Please mind the distance between the nozzle and pei surface to avoid scratching. Before printing, please remove the protective film on the PEI surface. When complete printing, let the plate cool down, then simply remove the prints.
  • Kindly Tips - We have sticked PEI on the steel plate by machine, so you don't need to worry about bubbles. if you received package but found the air bubbles or Scratches, please don't worry, they are the surface layer, PEI will not be affected.

Description

Feature: PEI Sheet Use:
Thickness: about 0.17mm
Compatible with PLA ABS PETG TPU and other most filaments.

The Polyetherimide sheet comes with strong adhesive already laminated to the PEI.
Level the bed and set the height of the nozzle before printing.

When the print is completed, let the bed cool, and the part will be easy to release from the PEI surface. Parts are actually easier to remove if released before the bed becomes completely cold.

Sticker Base:
that is adhesive-backed for easy installation

PEI Sheet Maintenance:
Acetone can be used instead of isopropyl alcohol, or steel wool pads with detergent, but the bed must be cold if acetone is used. Optionally, light sanding with 600-1000 grit sand paper can be done after lots of printing to give the PEI sheet more life.
