Description

100 Oregon Lamination premium 4x6 photo size (actual 4.25 x 6.25-inch) laminating pouches are typically used for 4 x 6 photos, signs, recipes, flash cards and notes. These thermal lamination pockets are 3 mil thick on each flap for maximum clarity and flexibility. 3 mil is the thinnest and clearest standard lamination pouch thickness and is compatible with nearly every thermal pouch laminator on the market. The adhesive becomes clear when heat activated.

FEATURES:
High glossy finish brightens colors dramatically
Includes at least 1 silicone coated laminating carrier for laminating machines that accept them
Rounded Corners for a Safe & Professional Finish
Metric size: 108mm x 152mm and 75 microns thick
Compatible with all thermal pouch laminators capable of sealing 3 mil thick pouches
Maximum sheet size recommended for this pouch is 4 x 6-inches (or less) to provide a standard border of laminate around all sides of your sheet

TIPS: Industry standard specification for 3 mil laminating pouches is 3 mils on each flap for a total of 6 mils added to your sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). Laminating pouches are sealed on only one edge and open on the other three (like a folder).
Customers with adjustable temperature laminators who are trying a new brand, we recommend lowering the temperature approximately 25 degrees F for the first sheet or two. Users can always re-run laminate that was not run hot enough and seems foggy, but you cannot fix blister bubbles caused by running too hot the first time.

Note: All laminating pouches are NOT the same, especially in clarity and bonding. Insist on Oregon Lamination laminating pouches. Accept nothing less.
