Description

This cable is designed to connect a DisplayPort monitor to an HDMI video source, such as that of a Blu-ray Disc player, video game console, Apple TV, or laptop computer. It complies with the DisplayPort 1.2a standard, which provides up to 21.6 Gbps and support for video resolutions up to 4K@60Hz. The DisplayPort connector features the standard mechanical latch to lock the cable connector to the panel connector. Note that this cable is NOT bidirectional. It only converts HDMI signals to a DisplayPort signal for use with a DisplayPort monitor or video connectivity device, such as a matrix, splitter, or switch.
