In case of detection issues

Please clean the copper circuitry using a dry, lint free cloth or rubber eraser to remove any dust or residue that might be preventing the cartridge from making a good connection.

Hard Reset Procedure:

1. remove all cartridges
2. remove all cables including power and usb
3. let printer sit unpowered for at least 5 minute
4. reinstall cables
5. reinsert cartridges

If your printer ask that you are installing a new genuine cartridge please say no as you are installing a remanufactured cartridge. If you get a counterfeit message please press ok or continue. It is normal for the printer to state that the cartridge is either low or empty but you should still be able to print and produce the same amount pages.
