Vac muffler diffuser helps reduce air noise for quieter operation, Diffuses wet dry vacuum airstream to reduce blowing debris and dust. It designed to reduce air noise of the vac and to hamper the airflow from the blower port.If you notice any dust coming out of the blower hole, check the condition of the filter. It occurs if you don't have the filter installed, the filter is damaged, not installed properly in the unit or you're not using the correct type of filter for the job.
Note : The muffler diffuser comes with one foam installed inside and another replacement foam in the plastic tube. Please take out the replacement foam before using the muffler diffuser. Otherwise the suction power will be reduced. As the muffler sponge itself is a square shape, in order to make it more fit the bottom of the muffler, please turn it into a cylinder shape from inside out before use.
