Fill a medium/large bowl with warm water. Place your picture paddle on a flat surface. Draw your favourite picture/cartoon onto the smooth side of the picture paddle with the magic markers. Slowly dip your picture paddle into the warm water and watch your creation come to life. Watch your doodle dance and float on the water. Gently place the back of your hand on top of the water and make your very own temporary tattoo.
