This limited adapter was designed to provide you with a simple solution to coupling your 4-inch ID dust hoses with 2-1/2 ID dust hoses. Specifically, it allows you to step down from a larger main line to a smaller branch line without compromising air velocity or the effectiveness of your dust collection system. It features a premium, heavy walled ABS plastic construction made for durability and to withstand the wear & tear commonly associated with woodworking dust collection. It's extremely easy-to-use and doesn't require messy tape or additional equipment.

PLEASE NOTE: This reducer is NOT intended to be used for a direct connection to your dust collector or shop vac OD ports. It fits and accommodates hoses ONLY.
This coupler is designed to provide you with an airtight connection between a pair of 2-1/2” dust collection fittings or hoses. And it comes equipped with standard hose clamps so that you won't need unattractive duct tape or a messy assortment of screws. It's a highly useful (and reusable) dust collection system accessory, as it allows you to interchange fittings and connect adapters to keep all of your dust collection tools connected.
Compatibility
These Flex Cuffs work exclusively with nominal 2-1/2” and 4”O.D. ports, hoses and fittings.
