Wide Applications: The reamer is designed to accurately enlarge, smooth or finish holes in A3 steel, alloy steel, cast iron, aluminum, plastic, wood and other metal materials, widely used in hole repair work, pipe and fittings, woodworking applications.
Hand Reamer: The reamer drill bit can be hand operated by use of a wrench, T-handle wrench, extension rod, drill chuck. Used for light cut, repair work, removing stock or simply for enlarging holes.
Straight Flute Reamer: Allows chips and debris to escape easily from the hole, well suited for most applications in shallow cuts. Can achieve the required roundness, straightness, and concentricity of the hole.
Uncoated Reamer Drill Bit: Features just the base substrate without any additional coatings, used on a wide range of materials. Tapping fluid or cutting oil can be used to lubricate the reamer and workpiece to help reduce friction and increase tool life.
