【Precautions】:

1. Check the hole saw before use;

2. When the hole saw is loaded into the electric drill, the handle of the hole saw is clamped;

3. Keep the perpendicularity of the hole saw and the workpiece during the operation;

4. With a small feed force at start;

5. Use a bigger feed force after positioning;

6. When drilling, the rotation speed should not be too low, or the hole saw will be broken;

7. When the hole saw is worn through the workpiece, the force should not too large, so as to avoid a strong impact between the cutting edge of the hole saw and the workpiece;

8. After drilling the hole through the workpiece, the hole saw should keep on rotating during exit the workpiece;

9. When drilling continuously, the cutting edge should be cooled by cutting fluid;

10. Due to the difference in power and torque, the effect of the hand drill will be different. It is recommended that the thickness of the drill hole not exceed 3mm and the thickness exceeds 3mm. Please use a bench drill or a magnetic drill to punch holes.
