4. According to the experience from our customers, most of problems are the software issue.
Most of the people said that these kits do not work, just because they did not get the driver installed successfully on a 64bit/32bit Windows.
Generally because the antivirus deleted the driver when people unzipped and installed it. We have solutions to solve this issue.
