2.This product does not include Micro SD Card.
3.This camera default 5MP & H.265, if your NVR do not support 5MP or H.265, you can change our camera into 1080P (2MP) and H.264.
4.IP camera will create more heat and the case of this camera is small, so after you operate the camera for a while, you will feel the camera is hot. And do not worry, it is normal and safe, hope you can understand.
