Special Features

  • This Hotend is installed with all metal high temperature V6 bimetal heatbreak, which is made of high quality titanium alloy TC4 and plated copper material, combined with 2 components to have better heat dissipation. These two parts are not threaded together, they are pressed with special skill to advoid the filament leakage.
  • Installed with CNC machined high precision brass nozzle 0.4mm, central hole, used for 1.75mm diameter filament. Made of high quality brass, providing smooth layers for standard non abrasive applications.
  • Heatsink and heater block are made of high quality aluminum material, machined with high precision. Please know this heater block is suitable for 3mm OD cartridge temeprature sensor
  • Compatible with Voron 2.4 / Trident Prusa i3 MK3 MK3S MK2S 3D Printer and other 3D printers which uses V6 hotend.
  • Package: 1piece heatsink with buckles, 1piece V6 bimetal heatbreak, 1piece brass nozzle 0.4, 1piece heater block and 1piece silicone cover (About silicone cover, Please remove the silicone cover if the printing temperature is over 300℃). (NOTE: Heater tube and temperature sensor are NOT included here, please know before ordering)
