1. Confirm that the specifications of the inner tube are consistent with the inner tube. Each inner tube is equipped with a valve nozzle and a nut and a rubber cap that can bear the load. Please carefully check whether there is sand in the inner space of the outer tube, whether there are cracks or other adverse factors when the inner tube is installed into the outer tube.
2. When the inner and outer tires are installed on the rim, please check the rim in detail first to ensure that there are no adverse factors on the rim, no deformation, no bending, and no debris. Please use the lining belt to cover the loose and rough strip head or other surfaces that will damage the inner and outer tires.
3. Please tighten the nut carefully with a spanner, do not use some pointed tools. RIMLOCK is recommended for increased safety when the tyre is being used at high speeds as it can damage the inner tube or outer tube lip.
4. When the inner and outer tires have been installed in the ring, please be very careful, do it, the valve nozzle is correctly locked on the ring, and exposed to the ring for air, the inner tube is not clamped between the outer tire and the ring.
5. The inner and outer tires have been installed on the rim, give the inner tire 10PS gas, then stop pumping, and check whether the inner and outer tires are correctly locked on the rim, and then you can press the manufacturer's recommended air pressure (marked on the edge of the tire) punching, the rim line on the tire must be all exposed outside the rim can be seen.
