User Tips:
1. These Diamond hole cutters prefer to be spun fast, the faster the better, because it will reduce heat buildup.
2. For maximum lifetime of the diamond tile core drill bit, we recommend using it with Angle Grinders or main High-Speed Drill (1800rpm or higher, corded, hammer action turned OFF)
3. For accurately positioned hole, use a guide if is available; alternatively place the high-speed rotating drill at a 45-degree angle to get a position groove, then bring the drill up into the upright position slowly and continue.
4. DON'T press the drill, just hold it steady, let the machine do the job because the weight will give the bit sufficient pressure. However, a bit of pressure is required for horizontal drilling.
5. The diamond cutter will become hot, please do not touch it. Cooling the bit enough during cutting will help to keep it sharp longer.
6. When you feel a core drill is slowing in the cut, please try several holes into an abrasive material like a breeze block. It will redress the segments exposing the diamond grit and speed it up.
