These iron-on transfers are letters, numbers, or symbols that can be imprinted on all kinds of different fabrics with ease, and come in a large variety of colors.
Iron on letters are frequently used to print onto T-shirts. After placing the iron on letters on the fabric and pressing with an iron or a heat press, the image is transferred to the fabric.
The advantages of iron on transfer over screen printing are that it is inexpensive and very easy to create custom designs. When compared with dye sublimation techniques or heat transfer vinyl, heat transfers can be used on 100% cotton garments. Also, it eliminates the need for sewing.
