General Chemical GenDraw 3970 - Heavy Duty Synthetic Lubricant for Stainless Steel and Aluminum

Start using metalworking fluids designed to do more. GenDraw 3970 is perfect for metalworking operations for stainless steel and aluminum. This lube helps improve surface finishes and creates an extremely thin film that helps increase die and tool life. GenDraw 3970 eliminates the need for additional corrosion inhibitors. We're formulated for easier, faster manufacturing and use.

We use select additives to create optimum lubrication for metal stamping, drawing, and forming to help make working with aluminum and . We recommend slowly adding water to GenDraw with agitation for application. GenDraw 3970 works can be used for different functions when diluted. It works for light duty forming and blanking at a 5-10% dilution, medium duty forming at 10-25% dilution, and heavy duty forming at 25-50% dilution.
