It features 24 flat, oversized teeth with thick TiCo high-density carbide tips designed to last, and Freud's Silver I.C.E. coating, which reduces friction, prevents heat buildup, and resists gumming.

Quick and accurate, the Freud LM71M016 rip saw blade cuts glue line joints in hard- or softwood, as well as other high-speed ripping applications. Ideal for working with materials that are 1-1/2 to 3-1/2-inches thick, it can be used in manual feeding situations or with power feeders, and it can handle both single- and gang-rip operations. It has a 1-inch arbor and produces a 0.177 kerf.In addition to offering faster cuts through thick materials, its large-tooth design allows the blade to be safely sharpened more times, prolonging the life of the blade and saving you money. Also, the large gullets between the teeth ensure easy chip removal.
