The animation series "Star Blazers" first aired in 1974 and now, using the latest animation techniques, "Star Blazers 2199", boldly sets out to produce a new retelling of the classic series. And from this new retelling comes a new version of the Argo, also known as the Space Battleship Yamato. This super gigantic space battleship destined to sail between planets is built with technology provided by the Iskandars and is now available as a 1/1000 scale model kit (333mm or 13"). It possesses the power to fight against the Garmillas Ships which no other Earth vessels could muster and is equipped with the wave motion gun on the bow which is unrivaled in Earth's arsenal.
