Japan NH34 Movement: The Japanese NH34GMT automatic movement displays the time in two places, is accurate and durable, and does not require batteries. If you wear it for less than 8 hours a day, you can manually wind the watch to provide power. When using the watch for the first time, rotate the crown approximately 20 turns (to wind the watch).
Stianless Steel Band: The case and band are made of stainless steel, which is durable and will last forever with care. The crown is a screw-down crown, and turning it down opens it so you can wind the watch and adjust the calendar and time. When you need to close the crown please press and hold the crown and then turn it upwards. Both the bezel and the dial can glow in the dark after absorbing enough light.
100M Waterproof: The water resistance of up to 100 metres allows you to easily handle most of life's watery occasions, such as hand washing, rain, car washing and swimming. It is not recommended to wear the watch in hot baths or when diving. The watch will not stop water vapour from entering and it will corrode the waterproof rubber ring of the watch.
