45W or greater is recommended.

18W, 24W and 29W MAY NOT WORK. If your USB-C charger came with your phone or pad, IT WILL NOT WORK.

MOST USB-C CHARGERS WILL NOT WORK BECAUSE MOST MODELS DO NOT SUPPORT 12V or 15V OUTPUT.
About Macbook power adapter
Some PD power chargers has no 12v or 15v output, some new models have. Here is the list:
