How to solve the keyboard and mouse with no response?

Step 1:power off all other electricity devices,be sure that both the keyboard and mouse in " electricity" status
Step 2:Press the "ESC +K"simultaneously for three seconds,the indicators on the keyboard will flash and then take the receiver into the PC.The indicators will keep off,the keyboard be connected.
Step 3:Plug out the receiver and press the left and right clicks on mouse simultaneously wait for 3seconds.Take the receiver into again. The mouse will restore.
Do not release the clicks for several seconds until the mouse enter normal work
