Push the rubber mandrel into the sand drum, and then tighten the top screw.
Mandrel head size can be adjusted with the screw on the top. Adjust it smaller to slide in sand drum or adjust it bigger to hold sand drum tight.
If slipping occurs, wrap a paper towel on the sandpaper ring to increase friction.
