The MOSM dissolved hydrogen test kit is specially designed for accurate measurement of hydrogen levels in various hydrogen-enriched water products, such as Hydrogen-rich Water Bottles, Hydrogen Inhalation Machines, Hydrogen Infusion Machines, H2 tablets, Alkaline Ionizers, Water Filters, Sticks, Bubblers, and Reactor Cartridges. The blue reagent used by MOSM reacts with water that contains dissolved hydrogen, changing from blue to clear, which indicates that the amount of reagent is not sufficient to fully neutralize the hydrogen in the water. To determine the concentration of hydrogen, continue to add reagent drops until the mixture changes from clear back to blue. Each drop is equivalent to a hydrogen concentration of 100ppb (0.1ppm), and the total dissolved hydrogen concentration can be calculated by multiplying the number of drops by 100ppb. The MOSM test kit includes 1 bottles of 10ml test reagent (approximately 350 drops) and one sampling cup. Hydrogen Water Test Blue Drops: Testing Procedure: Note: Gently shake the reagent bottle before use and ensure it is well sealed after use. Fill the sampling cup with the water sample up to the marked line. Add blue reagent drops to the water, counting each drop accurately. After adding a few drops, stir the solution to facilitate the reaction. The presence of hydrogen will turn the blue water colorless. Continue to add and stir until the water remains blue, which indicates the end of the test. To determine the concentration of dissolved hydrogen in ppb, multiply the total number of drops by 100ppb. For example, if you add 15 drops of reagent and the water remains blue, the dissolved hydrogen concentration is calculated as 15 drops x 100ppb, which is equivalent to 1500ppb or 1.5ppm.
