The W7Q is the direct equivalent of the W7A(M22520/7-1) Miniature Indent Crimp hand tool for sizes 16-28 wire. The W7Q accommodates MIL-standard“M22520/7” series positioners,G145 GO-NOGO-Gage and and other accessories interchangeably.
Suitable for use with MIL standard Harting, Wain, TE connectors Rotated terminals and other Rotated terminals in accordance with the crimping range，contact size 16#、20#、22D#；crimping range 12-28AWG (0.08mm²-1.32mm²)
Precision Four-mandrel(4/8 indent) crimp design provides efficient, high quality crimping and reduced downtime. Simple operation, easy to use.
The YJQ-W7Q pneumatic crimping tool is small in size and light in weight, and can be used as a hand-held tool or as an adjustable base mount (BM-2). It can be operated directly from the pushbutton switch on the tool.
The pneumatic crimping tool can be switched between manual and foot-valve operation and can crimp 30-40 times per minute, making it ideal for efficient and fast work.
Air supply requirements: 0.55-0.83Mpa, to ensure the stability of the air supply, it is recommended to equip with Air Filter Fegulator (AFC20002WT).
