  • The TP5100 is a switching step-down dual-cell 8.4V/single-cell 4.2V Li-ion battery charge management module.
  • The TP5100 has a wide input voltage range of 5V-18V and charges the battery in three stages: trickle pre-charge, constant current, and constant voltage. The trickle pre-charge current and constant current charge current are adjusted by external resistors, and the maximum charge current is up to 2A.
  • TP5100 has built-in input over-current and undervoltage protection, chip over-temperature protection, short-circuit protection, battery temperature monitoring, and battery reverse connection protection.
