With a lower tension than Evah Pirazzi strings, Pirastro Obligato strings are suitable for almost all instruments. They are particularly suitable for violins with a brighter sound character. Obligatos are also the right choice if playing pianissimo with other string brands (i.e. pirazzi, dominant, helicore) that do not bringing out the best sound on your instrument.
