TwistFlex 4-1/2" Zirconia High Density Trimmable Flap Discs featuring easy spin-on - easy spin-off 5/8"-11 threaded hub. The flap discs are ideal for surface blending, beveling, grinding, stock removal, deburring, edge chamfering and finishing applications.
The Zirconia high density flap discs are manufactured using premium European zirconia abrasive cloth. The trimmable backing on the flap discs can be trimmed down to reveal new abrasive grains, so you don't need to throw away the disc when the flap overhang wears out. This allows you to utilize 100% of the disc, extending its useful life by 2x.
The heavy duty high density - high strength zirconia grain trimmable flap discs have 25% more abrasive flaps (90 flaps versus standard density of 72 flaps) and are designed to meet rigorous industrial standards. These Pro-Graad trimmable high density, high quality zirconia flap discs are recommended to be used with angle grinders sized 4-1/2” to 5” having a 5/8"-11 threaded shaft. The 5/8”-11 threaded hub on the flap disc allows for quick change, easy spin-on and spin-off action.
