The Lifeline Monster Walk is great for increasing lower body strength for use during rehabilitation, lower body training movements and speed & agility training. Increase lower body dynamic strength by adding progressive variable resistance to lateral, sport-specific drills and training workouts and use rotational exercises like hip abduction, clamshells, lunges, extensions, and leg curls to increase speed and leg drive. The Monster Walk is a great way to warm up muscles to help reduce the chance of injury. Allows for multidirectional and multiplanar exercises that are great for preventing or rehabbing injuries and improving the agility and balance that comes with repeating coordinated, complex movements. The Monster Walk is used for basketball, volleyball, track & field, and all manner of athletic training to build explosiveness, lower body strengthening and speed and agility training workouts. Increase lower body dynamic strength as a result of adding intensity and consistent positive and negative resistance to jumping, squatting and all manner of lower body drills and exercises. Different exercises target and strengthen thighs, glutes, hamstrings, and calves with lunges, extensions, and curls. Increase speed and stride length for explosive moves, shuffle in all directions for freedom of movement, balance improvement, and robust leg drive.
