HOW TO USE

Tighten:
1. Pass the webbing under the ratchet buckle shaft.
2. Pass webbing through the central of the ratchet buckle shaft.
3. Pull the handle back and forth to tighten the length.

Release:
1. Pull the fuse outwards.
2. Open the ratchet buckle to 180°.
3. Pull out webbing, disassembly complete.
