  • The die handle wrench can help to repair damaged bolts and threads or just remove bolts and threaded rod when used with round dies.
  • Can process, correct or clean the external threads. Suitable for general purpose threading in stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cast iron, copper, iron, aluminum, plastic, etc.. Great for maintenance and repair work on pipes, boards and machinery.
  • The positioning groove of the die should be aligned with the fastening screw in the middle of the die wrench, and the screw should be inserted into the slot of the die and tightened. The end of the bar should be chamfered 1*45 degree, and the chamfer is too large to cut in.
  • It needs to be reversed every 1/4~1/2 turn to facilitate the chip discharge from the chip hole. Suitable lubricating oil should be added to the cutting edge of the die when tapping threads.

Feature:Die Stock, also called die handle are for use in round dies only. 4-screw design to fix the dies.
This die stock is for using with a 20mm outside diameter split die. It features screws that allow you to compress the die to take off more material (if the thread is too tight) and alternatively a screw that allows the die to spread open, which allows you to cut damaged bar.
Solid round dies are suitable for general purpose threading. Great for maintenance and repair work in the shop or field. Die size is etched on the surface for easy identification.
Round Dies are perfect for re-threading existing threads in hard materials like metal or making new threads in softer materials such as plastic.
