The Comark Instruments ATT50 type-K thermocouple food penetration probe measures temperature from -58 to +500 degrees F (-50 to +260 degrees C), has an 8" stem and a coiled lead. The probe handle is attached to a coiled lead that stretches to extend reach. The probe is designed for use in monitoring temperatures of food products.
