Polishing instructions:
Rough grinding: 50#~100#
The grinding disc has obvious grinding marks, which is used to trim the flatness of the grinding material and grind the modeling surface in place.
Semi-fine grinding: 200#~300#
The rough grinding marks are removed, but new finer lines will be formed, and the machined surface will be polished smoother.
Fine grinding: 400#~1000#
The pattern, particle and color of the product after fine grinding have been clearly displayed, and the surface is fine and smooth, with a weak gloss.
Fine grinding: 1500#~3000#
The processed product has no visible traces, the surface is getting smoother and smoother, and the gloss is about 40-50 degrees.
The color of the back of the dry grinding discs with different meshes will be different, which is easy to identify
1. Choose a suitable small and thicker grinding disc to start working, and end at the large and thinner.in order to achieve a good polishing effect, it is recommended not to skip the number.
②. Roughly it is not the smoothness of the ground, correctly judge the starting number of grinding,
On rough ground, start grinding with a coarser particle size first, otherwise it will take more time to achieve the desired effect. ③. If you find that it takes a lot of time to grind away the scratches, you have to change to a coarser grinding disc, which will save you a lot of time.
It adopts a long nylon back velvet design, which has strong adhesion and firm adhesion. It can be peeled repeatedly and is not easily damaged. The product mesh number is printed on the back for easy identification during use.
Adopting the seam design, the sheet body is softer, the heat dissipation is fast, and the noise is low; the strengthened design of the connecting body of each sheet can effectively prevent the edges from falling and increase the service life.
