Use the drill bit part of the head to drill the hole, and then use the chamfer part of the middle to enlarge the hole, which can easily enlarge the 10mm hole to 35mm; if you still need to continue to enlarge the hole, you can continue to use the finger bit part of the tail end to grind the inner wall of the hole. It is recommended that you draw your work lines before you ream the holes.

If you want to mount the product on a hand drill, you need to purchase a separate hexagonal shank or sds-plus adapter.
