EASY OPERATION-- AD8495 thermocouple amplifier can convert the small voltage generated by the thermocouple junction into that analog-to-digital converter (ADC) or microcontroller for easy reading. The gain from the thermocouple to the amplifier output is approximately 5 mV/°C.
