Special Features

  • FLEX100 has an extremely high level of flexibility so you can 3D print compressible and bendable models.
  • QUALITY CONTROL - Every new batch is lab tested and compared to the last batch. It's then test printed on a range of 3D printers. This procedure ensures excellent batch-to-batch consistency of our 3D UV resins. Low Quality, Inconsistent Resins have high failure rates, costing time and wasted money on resin. High Quality, Consisten Resins will always work out better value in the long run.
  • ULTIMATE ADDITIVE - FLEX100 can be used to mix with hard resins to give you different degrees of hardness and flexibility.
  • HIGH IMPACT - Adding as little as 10% FLEX100 into your hard resin can allow it to be dropped without breaking.
  • MANUFACTURED IN AUSTRALIA - Well Suited to Engineering Models, Miniatures for Gaming, Tooling Outdoor Parts, Rapid Prototypes, Display Models, Industrial Art and Robotic Parts.

Description

Monocure3D Rapid Resin FLEX100™ has an extremely high degree of flexibility allowing you to print compressible and bendable models.
Monocure3D Rapid Resin FLEX100™ is specifically designed for use with LED UV CD printers such as the Wanhao D7 or Anycubic Photon.
All Monocure3D resins have a very wide reactivity range, with UV wavelengths from 225nm to 420nm.
By using a mixture of photoinitiators, monomers and sensitizers, almost any UV light source can be used to initiate the polymerization process of our resins.
The viscosity of the FLEX100™ resin is 30-50cps at 25°C (Brookfield RVT).
All of our resins are low odour, have no VOC emissions and show very low shrinkage properties Please store the resin in a dark, cool place away from direct sunlight.
The thinner the model, the more flexible it becomes.
FLEX100™ can be used alone or by mixing with our Rapid Resin range to produce varying degrees of flexibility and strength.
Adding a small amount of FLEX100™ to the Rapid Resin would result in a less brittle and more durable part.
When larger quantities are added, it becomes more flexible.
Remember to weigh the resin with a scale so that the results can be repeated.
We recommend you mix 100 grams at the same time to keep the ratios simple.
For example, for a firm, durable mix, try a 25: 75 mix - 25 grams FLEX100 to 75 grams of rapid resin.
For a very flexible version, you can mix a 90:10 mix - 90 grams FLEX100™ and 10 grams of rapid resin.
