Description

The Cold Therapy:
1. Turn the cap counterclockwise.
2. Fill the ice bag two-thirds full with cold tap water, ice water, crushed ice, or ice cubes.
3. Turn the cover clockwise until it is secure.
4. Turn the ice pack upside down and press firmly on the bottom to test for leaks.
5. Apply to the desired area.
6. Condensation may form on the outside of the bag. Wrap the ice pack in a soft towel to protect your skin and avoid condensation buildup.
7. Apply ice pack for up to 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Continue to reapply after injury. Wait one hour between applications.

The Hot Therapy:
1. Turn the cap counterclockwise.
2. Pour two-thirds of the warm water (not exceeding 60℃/140℉);
3. Turn the cover clockwise until it is secure.
4. Turn the ice pack upside down and press firmly on the bottom to test for leaks.
5. Apply to the desired area with a soft towel for 15-20 minutes.

The Precautions for Heat Therapy:
1. The water temperature should not exceed 60℃
2. Be careful not to get burned when filling water
3. Don't use a microwave
4. Do not use the same body area for a continuous time, as it may cause low-temperature burns
