Dual Torq Drive was engineered for both Phillips head and square drive bits to better usability of this screw. The Galvanized exterior is for exterior use and provides excelent corrosion protection on your outdoor projects. While this screw is fantastic for pressure treated woods; the finish may cause staining in cedar or redwood.
Galvanized Deck screws are specialized fasteners designed to resist corrosion in adverse outdoor environmental conditions. They are the preferred fastener for pressure treated lumber. Not recommended for cedar or redwood.
