Choosing the correct Bulb type: Please note, not all oil/wax warmers use the same bulb type or wattage. While G5.3 is a common size for electric candle warmers, there are numerous bulb types used by different manufacturers. Only the correct bulb type and watt range will fit and work properly in your device. Some warmers also have less clearance between the bulb and the dish and require a shorter bulb. Please check to see what size bulb and wattage your device requires before buying. You can usually find this information on a sticker on the bottom of your device or with the instructions that came with it. Some bulbs also have the type and wattage printed on the bulb.
Handling and Installation: Try to avoid touching halogen bulbs with bare hands as the oils from our hands can stick to the quartz glass, creating a hotspot on the surface. This could cause the bulb to burn too hot and reduce its lifespan. It's recommended to handle halogen bulbs with gloves or a lint-free cloth. The same is true for any wax or oil that may spill onto the bulb. If needed, you can buff the bulb with a lint-free cloth or clean them with alcohol to remove oil or other contaminants.
