We use a bimetallic filament guide for the throat. This means that the entire path of the filament through the Nextruder is all metal, without any PTFE tubing. This not only improves the overall reliability of the printer, but it also makes changing nozzles much faster. If you have your favorite V6 compatible nozzle, don't worry, it will fit our adapter as well, but it will need to be heated to install when you install your old nozzle.
When you install it in a cool state, please preheat it immediately and tighten it again, so as to make sure that there is no leakage of filament. Excellent abrasion resistance to withstand high temperatures and abrasives during 3D printing.
Our design offers more convenience than the original PRUSA one-piece nozzle throat. Instead of replacing the entire kit when nozzle reaches the end of its life, we simply replace it with a brand new nozzle, saving you time and money.
This adapter heat throat is made of a bimetallic material - copper and titanium TC4. The titanium TC4 reduces the upward conduction of heat from the heated location, while the copper used for heat dissipation accelerates the heat transfer. And higher temperatures can be achieved.
