They work very well for acceleration and speed training as well as allowing for a seamless change of direction and deceleration training. These belts can also be worn for strength training and rehabilitation exercises.
  • NOTE: This product is not to be used as a safety harness to support body weight and protect against falling. This belt is one you step into - there is no velcro adjustment. This is for OFF PLATFORM Speed & Agility use only.

Description

The VertiMax 360 Belt – Slip-on, continuous, heavy-duty nylon belt with two sliding “D” rings allowing for two independent attachment points for applying resistance. Athletes can freely spin 360 degrees within the confines of the belt when resistance is applied. Comes in 3 sizes; Small (fits up to a 42” waist), Medium (fits up to a 52” waist) and Large (fits up to a 62” waist). Note this product is not to be used as a safety harness to support body weight and protect against falling. This belt is one you step into - there is no velcro adjustment. This is for OFF PLATFORM Speed & Agility use only.
