The Red DinoRang Boomerang is a real returning boomerang made out of stiff but light foam making it extremely easy to get a full return even with young arms. The foam construction makes it safe but it's not so flimsy that it flips around hopelessly in a light wind ( some foam boomerangs are for no wind environments ).
