Our TAC 9 20" bike tire, tube and rim strip combination is the best deal for your money. If you're replacing a bicycle tire you should also replace the bike inner tube and the rim strip. The rim strip protects the inner tube from the spoke nipples in the rim. Having a fresh inner tube with a new tire install can decrease your chances of having a flat due to a tube getting worn out.
