XS: Measure from the top of your pinky finger to base of wrist less than 4"-5" (10-12.5cm); S/M: Measure from the top of your pinky finger to base of wrist less than 4"-5" (12.5-15cm); L/XL: Measure from the top of your pinky finger to base of wrist less than 6"-7 1/2" (15-19cm). It fits both hands, women and men. Note: this hand splint for broken finger is unsuitable for children's hands.
