Built to handle the most strenuous metalworking applications, the fast cutting grain easily handles high-grade materials, such as stainless steels, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, and aluminum. VSM Ceramic Actirox discs have an excellent price/performance ratio.
LONG LASTING MATERIALS: VSM Actirox abrasives have a higher abrasive performance than comparable conventional abrasives - with a consistent surface finish. You achieve higher stock removal than you would expect with the specified grit size, but you do not get a rougher surface. A real plus for your grinding process. Max speed of 30,000 RPM.
IN HOUSE MANUFACTURING: This product is coated onto a durable tear-resistant vulcanized fiber backing, adhered with a specifically engineered resin system and coated for hand-held applications. VSM develops and produces all the main preliminary products such as backing fabrics, resinoid bonds and abrasive grains itself for a grain which is perfectly tailored to your requirements.
QUICK AND EASY CHANGE: Quick Change Discs reduce setup times with a fitting on the back side, allowing a used disc to be replaced with a single twist, without the need for special tools! Our Quick Change disc's small footprint is perfectly sized for working in confined areas.
